Category 5 Fence Company is fully Licensed, Insured and belongs to the American Fence Association.

Category 5 Fence Company was founded by 2 brothers, Edwin and James Toca. James, who since his youth has built many wooden structures, built his fence and deck pre-Katrina at his home in Lakeview. His fence and deck survived 10 feet of water and 120 mph winds. In fact, it was the family joke that his house did not survive, but his fence and deck did. Since then, their sister Wendy Scaccia has joined the company. She brings with her over 20 years of sales and customer service experience.

It is with this dedication to quality workmanship and materials that Category 5 Fence Company was born. We want to offer you the same quality fence that James built at his home for your home. Our mission is to offer our customers quality workmanship, quality materials and provide superior customer service so that your fence will enhance the beauty and value of your home.
